TikTok influencer Alix Earle is looking ahead to the year ahead with excitement.
The influencer recently opened up about her plans for 2026 in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE.
After mutually ending her two-year relationship with boyfriend Braxton Berrios just before the holidays, Earle is embracing a fresh start as the new year begins.
From career goals to strengthening her relationships with friends and family, Earle says she’s focused on making 2026 a meaningful and transformative year.
“I always like to journal at the beginning of the year, goals I have for myself and things I want to accomplish,” she explained to PEOPLE. “I’m just a big believer in putting things out into the universe. For 2026, it’s gonna be a lot of new, big beginnings. There’s gonna be a lot of things that have been in the works for a while coming to life this year, which will be really, really exciting.”
With her newly single status, Earle also shared that she has been learning to embrace independence and wants to continue prioritizing that growth as the year goes on.
“There [are] a lot of moments of 2025 that have shown me the potential to grow and to expand,” she continued. “And I really want to take that into this year and spend more time with myself and getting to know myself on a deeper level and being OK with the quiet or the independent, alone moments. Being alone used to scare me a lot and now it’s something that I’m learning to enjoy and just getting to know myself even better. [I’m] making this year about me and just continuing to grow.”
Earle has frequently shown how close-knit her family is on TikTok, but she says she has been leaning on them more than ever recently.
“My family is everything,” she shared. “I love how they support me, give me confidence, but they also keep me humble … We’re all each other’s best friends. My favorite group chat is probably the one with my whole family that we’re texting in all day. It’s a really beautiful thing that my family’s been able to grow just so close, all of us together. It’s been fun to be best friends with them.”
That support extends to Earle’s friendships as well, which she says have been especially important as she continues to heal from her breakup.
“Especially at this point in my life, friends are everything,” she said. “Life is great and amazing, but it’s better when you’re with other people that just make those moments that more enjoyable and that you’re able to have interesting fun conversations with.”
She has also been expanding her circle lately and hopes to continue doing so throughout the year.
“Meeting new friends is also a big part of this chapter of my life,” she continued. “And I think it’s gotten me out of my comfort zone in a lot of ways to open up to new people and make new friends and make new connections. But it’s been so fun and I think it’s just helped me mature and grow. So I’m excited to see what this next year brings with friendships and meeting new people.”
In a recent TikTok, Earle explained that she was having her annual “big team meeting,” where she and her team reviewed the previous year and discussed what lies ahead.
“I feel like the mantra for this year is ‘grind, put yourself first,’” she said in the video. “For everyone it is just gonna be a great year and we’re all gonna thrive.”
She also encouraged her followers to take time to reflect on their own goals and intentions for the year ahead.
“Regardless, no matter where you are in life, what you’re doing, you should make a list of goals for yourself,” she said. “It’s like manifesting in a way, you know? Just like putting things out there, even if it’s crazy and you’re like ‘that would never happen,’ write it down. And then I think to go back and look at what you’ve accomplished in a year is so beautiful because we get so caught up in, like, ‘just keep moving ahead’ that we, like, forget what we’ve done.”
