Ahead of the September 16 premiere of season 34 of Dancing with the Stars, the season’s new cast members are sharing some behind-the-scenes fun on social media.

Naturally Mormon MomTok social media stars Whitney Leavitt and Jen Affleck have been filling their feeds with content focused on their preparation for the season.

The pair kicked things off with a training preview on August 26 in a TikTok announcing, “MOMTOK HAS ARRIVED!!!!” featuring them dancing together in the show’s rehearsal studio.

They’ve since been making lots of fun and silly videos together with their new professional dance partners, Mark Ballas and Jan Ravnik, respectively.

Leavitt shared another TikTok video of her partner Ballas trying a “dirty soda” for the first time, a drink the Mormon MomTok women are known for enjoying instead of coffee.

Affleck also shared a TikTok of her and Ravnik rehearsing a series of dramatic lifts and intense dance moments that she captioned “I think @Jan Ravnik is forgetting I just had a baby,” followed by the laughing emoji. Fans flooded the comments with encouragement, with one fan commenting, “The fact she is post partum rn… alllllllll the votes! She/women are so bada**!!!”

Fellow social media stars Dylan Efron and Alix Earle have also been frequently posting fun moments of themselves and their castmates online.

Efron took to TikTok alongside his dance partner Daniella Karagach, actress Danielle Fishel, and her dance partner Pasha Pashkov to hop on the viral “throwing a fit” trend. The video featured Efron and Pashkov shrugging with on screen text reading “Sorry we’re late.. Danis throwing a fit” followed by a clip of the two women strutting down the hallway showing off their outfits.

Earle has also been hopping on TikTok trends with her castmates, particularly her dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy. Chmerkovskiy posted a video of the pair using a recent trending audio clip from the broadway musical Hamilton and following a playful dance routine from well-know viral TikTok choreographers Brooke Blewitt and Jess Qualter.

Actress Elaine Hendrix also brought a touch of nostalgia for fans of the 1998 film The Parent Trap when she shared a TikTok of her and her professional dance partner Alan Bersten doing the signature handshake choreography from the film in the show’s rehearsal studio.

With several major social media stars on this year’s roster, fans can certainly look forward to even more fun behind-the-scenes peeks as the season begins to air on September 16.
