Zendaya
Instead of coffee, soda and energy drinks, Zendaya, 28, prefers to drink matcha, she once told Harper’s Bazaar. But the antioxidant-rich superfood that delivers a calmer, more sustainable energy than other caffeine sources isn’t necessarily the motivator she needs to feel her best.
“When I’m not working, I tend to isolate myself. My therapist, family and friends will tell me, ‘You need to get up and get out,’ and I never want to — but when I make myself do it, I realize it’s actually kind of nice. I’m less anxious,” the actress, who’s engaged to Spider-Man franchise star Tom Holland, also 28, told Vogue in 2024. Long walks with her dog, Noon, can help, but Zendaya admits she still needs to work on her mental health. “Sometimes it’s just getting out of bed, telling myself, ‘We’re facing the day: We’re taking a shower, we’re putting on real clothes,’” she explained to Vogue. “I try to set little challenges for myself.”
