Chloe Troast has been fired from Saturday Night Live shortly before its newest season is to debut. Troast, 27, was a new addition to the cast and had just one season under her belt. She revealed that it was not a mutual decision; she was not invited back. Some of Troast’s breakout moments included the “Little Orphan Cassidy” skit, the “Get That Boy Back” song, and playing Mama Cass in a skit with Emma Stone. Season 50 of SNL debuts on September 28 — just about two weeks after the announcement of Troast’s ousting.
