Katy Perry’s hit 2010 album Teenage Dream is now diamond-certified, meaning it has sold more than 10 million units. It also has four diamond-certified singles: “Teenage Dream,” “E.T.,” “Firework,” and “California Gurls.” The only other album in history to become diamond-certified while also having multiple diamond-certified singles is Thriller, by Michael Jackson. Katy has one additional diamond single, “Dark Horse,” from her follow-up album, Prism.

Fuck Katy for tarnishing the legacy of this absolute classic.
