The little one is the couple\u2019s first child \u2014 and Lionel Richie\u2019s second granddaughter!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEloise Samantha Grainge 5\u202220\u202224 best day of my life,\u201d Sofia\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C7W-lDbpYk-\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrote on Instagram<\/a>\u00a0Friday when she made the announcement. Along her name and birthday, Sofia shared a first look at her daughter, posting a black-and-white photo of the little one\u2019s feet.<\/p>\n<p>Fans will recall that Sofia and her music executive hubby initially kept\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/01\/25\/parents\/sofia-richie-pregnant-expecting-first-baby-with-husband-elliot-grainge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">her pregnancy news<\/a>\u00a0under wraps. The pair felt it was important to \u201cprotect [their] mental health and [their] space,\u201d she\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vogue.com\/article\/sofia-richie-grainge-pregnant?utm_brand=voguemagazine&amp;utm_campaign=aud_dev&amp;utm_content=instagram-bio-link&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_social_type=owned&amp;utm_source=instagram&amp;utm_term=voguemagazine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told Vogue<\/a>\u00a0in January.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-life-as-a-new-mom\">Life as a New Mom!<\/h2>\n<p>Hopefully, Sofia is prepared for this exciting time in Her life. In that same Vogue interview, she confessed that pregnancy was a \u201cscary\u201d experience. She also admitted that she \u201cdidn\u2019t realize there are so many milestones you have to hit and so many tests you have to take.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Comes with the territory!
