Kelly Osbourne<\/strong><\/a> has candidly reflected on her time as a cohost of Fashion Police<\/em> alongside Giuliana Rancic<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Revealing raw feelings for Rancic, 49, on the Tuesday, May 21, episode<\/a> of her \u201cThe Osbournes Podcast,\u201d Kelly, 39, did not hold back.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t need to give her any f\u2014king anything,\u201d Kelly said in response to her mother, Sharon Osbourne<\/strong>, raising the subject of Rancic. Rancic appeared on the former E!<\/em> fashion commentary show alongside Kelly, the late Joan Rivers<\/strong> and magazine editor George Kotsiopoulos<\/strong> when it premiered in 2010.<\/p>\n

Kelly\u2019s brother Jack Osbourne<\/strong> explained to Sharon, 71, and their father, Ozzy Osbourne<\/strong>, on the podcast that Kelly had been incorrectly blamed in 2015 for making a \u201creally kind of a f\u2014king racist comment\u201d about Zendaya<\/strong>\u2019s hair.<\/p>\n

It had, in fact, been Rancic who shared the controversial remark, saying the Challengers<\/em> star looked like \u201cshe smells like patchouli oil and weed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jack, 38, also pointed out that he later read \u201can article where Zendaya was like, \u2018Yeah, f\u2014k Juliana Rancic,\u201d to which Kelly replied, \u201cGood for her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jack added that he hadn\u2019t \u201cseen anything from her [Rancic] in a very long time\u201d to which Kelly replied that she \u201cwouldn\u2019t know, because as far as I\u2019m concerned, she doesn\u2019t exist.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the time, Rancic issued an apology <\/a>for her \u201coutrageously offensive\u201d comments about Zendaya, who was 18 years old at the time.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, confusion sparked by the controversy dragged Kelly into the situation and she left Fashion Police<\/em> in February, 2015. The show was canceled in November, 2017.<\/p>\n

Zendaya, for her part, responded to Rancic\u2019s comments via Instagram at the time, posting that there \u201cis already a harsh criticism of African-American hair in society without the help of ignorant people who choose to judge others based on the curl of their hair.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zendaya also told W Magazine<\/em><\/a> of the ordeal, \u201cThat\u2019s how change happens. And it made me think, How could I always have a lasting impact on what people saw and associated with people of color?<\/p>\n

As for how Kelly looks back on Fashion Police<\/em> beyond her contentious dynamic with Rancic, Kelly clarified that the experience wasn\u2019t an entirely negative one.<\/p>\n

She spoke fondly of Rivers, 81, who died in September 2014, and credited the iconic star for serving as a maternal figure.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe always had my back. She was such a cheerleader for me and made me believe in myself in a way that I never ever ever did until she came into my life,\u201d Kelly said. \u201cAnd not having her to learn from every week like I did was a huge loss for me.\u201d<\/p>\n
