Tom Hanks<\/strong><\/a> is asking his son Chet Hanks<\/strong><\/a> to get him up to speed on the drama going on between Drake<\/strong><\/a> and Kendrick Lamar<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n On Monday (May 20), Chet<\/strong>, 33, shared text screenshots on his Instagram Story<\/a> of his 67-year-old Oscar-winning dad asking him to explain ongoing feud between the two rappers<\/a>, and Chet<\/strong> was very happy to break it all down for him.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cBig Main, can you explain the Drake\/ Kendrick Lamar feud to me?\u201d Tom<\/strong> first asked Chet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Chet<\/strong> then replied, \u201cYeah, so Drake and this other dude J Cole<\/strong><\/a> been saying they along with Kendrick are the \u2018Big 3\u2019 in rap. Then Kendrick put out a song saying, \u2018F\u2013k the Big 3, it\u2019s just big ME initiating the beef. Then Drake was like, \u2018you got small feet cuz you\u2019re like 5 foot 5 or whatever.\u2019 And then Kendrick was like, you\u2019re a dead beat dad and made some fun of his Canadian accent.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSo Drake came back as was like, \u2018oh yeah? Well I heard you beat your wife\u2019 but literally like 30 seconds later Kendrick out out a diss overshadowing Drake\u2019s diss where he pretty much methodically dismantled Drake\u2019s entire psyche and called him a pedophile for flirting with young girls and revealing Drake had another kid that he was hiding from the world, which turned out to be false,\u201d Chet<\/strong> continued.<\/p>\n \u201cDrake came back and was like \u2018hahaha I gotcho a-s I had people you false info to make you look stupid,\u2019\u201d Chet<\/strong> explained. \u201cBut it didn\u2019t even matter cuz then Kendrick just dropped another West Coast banger where he really went in on labeling Drake a pedophile that was pretty much the sonic equivalent of when you took me to your high school in Oakland and walked in on the basketball game and everybody started going nuts.\u201d<\/p>\n Chet<\/strong> added, \u201cLike if you heard it you would just automatically know how to Crip walk with a stank face while clutching an Oscar in each with Marshawn Lynch, then dap him up and tell him \u2018Town Bidness\u2019 which solidified the win not only for Kendrick but the entire West Coast.\u201d<\/p>\n Tom<\/strong> was clearly taken aback but the full break-down of the drama and responded to his son, \u201cHoly cow! These are fighting words.\u201d<\/p>\n He then asked, \u201cPeople taking sides?? Who\u2019s winning??\u201d<\/p>\n Chet<\/strong> replied, \u201cDid you not just read what I said\u201d while adding the laughing emojis.<\/p>\n It\u2019s been more than a week since either Drake<\/strong> or Kendrick<\/strong> publicly trolled the other.<\/p>\n On May 10, Anthony \u201cTop Dawg\u201d Tiffith<\/strong>, the CEO of Kendrick<\/strong>\u2018s Top Dawg Entertainment, declared that the beef between the two rappers was over.<\/p>\n \u201cThis battle is over. A win for the culture, while keeping it all on wax,\u201d Anthony tweeted<\/a>. \u201cEspecially when these publications try to make it something else. We proved them wrong.
