20px), 720px\" data-pin-media=\"https:\/\/cdn.thehollywoodgossip.com\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Screen-Shot-2019-05-16-at-5.03.24-PM.webp\" data-trellis-processed=\"1\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Kathryn Dennis looks a tad bit disgusted in this photo.<span class=\"image-caption-credit\"> (Bravo)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>From what we can gather, this is Dennis\u2019 first arrest for drinking and driving.<\/p>\n<p>However, she was reportedly at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2023\/10\/kathryn-dennis-hit-and-run-did-the-southern-charm-alum-plow-into-a-cop-outside-an-elementary-school\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">center of a hit and run last October<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A few months prior to this incident (for which Dennis was not charged), Dennis lost custody <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2023\/05\/kathryn-dennis-loses-custody-of-kids-to-thomas-ravenel-after-failing-numerous-drug-tests\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">of her children to ex Thomas Ravenel<\/a> after she failed numerous drug tests.<\/p>\n<p>Back in December 2020, Ravenel claimed that Dennis drank while pregnant,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2020\/12\/thomas-ravenel-accuses-kathryn-dennis-of-giving-son-fetal-alcoho\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">giving their son fetal alcohol syndrome<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The two have been on ugly terms, lobbing insults back and forth at each other, for many years.<\/p>\n<p>Mere days before her DUI arrest on May 20, Dennis \u2014 who left Southern Charm after eight seasons in January 2023 \u2014 was with her son, Saint, who she shares Ravenel, and she wrote the following on Instagram about him at the time:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen your kiddo nails a touchdown and busts out the Madden victory dance. That was in 2013, and in the decade that followed, it\u2019s safe to say my life changed in ways I could never imagine. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt hasn\u2019t always been easy, but I\u2019m so lucky to have had reality cameras there, capturing so many moments that I\u2019ll never forget (and a few, even, that I\u2019d like to).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She concluded:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough it all, the love y\u2019all have shown for me not only gave me the strength I needed to tackle it all, but helped me realize that I wasn\u2019t alone.
