She presumably posted the images from a hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The first slide shows her smiling while sitting on a motorbike. Just off-screen, a medical professional seems to be tending to her, but there\u2019s no sign of her man, Shaun, nearby. <\/p>\n<p>In her Instagram stories, she shared another selfie, this time of her making a pouting face to the camera. <\/p>\n<p>As for her condition, Nina says she\u2019s it\u2019s serious, but not the end of the world. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m ok, but it\u2019s going to be a long road of recovery ahead,\u201d she wrote. <\/p>\n<p>Poor thing! Especially given the fact that she had big plans coming up!<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-nina-missing-the-olympics\">Nina Missing The Olympics?!<\/h2>\n<p>Nina Dobrev and White have been dating since 2020, and since his retirement, the pair have had the chance to spend a lot of quality time together. <\/p>\n<p>In fact, though he no longer competes, Shaun\u2019s headed to Paris in just a few short weeks for the upcoming Olympic Games. <\/p>\n<p>As he explained to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/shaun-white-teases-upcoming-june-project-and-going-to-the-olympics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Us Weekly<\/a>, he was looking forward to having Nina by his side for the trip, since she speaks the language. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe speaks pretty fluent French. She\u2019s going to hate me for saying that, she\u2019s like, \u2018It\u2019s not fluent. I dabble,\u2019\u2019\u201d Shaun joked of Nina, noting that her mom lives in the South of France. \u201cWe\u2019ll definitely be going, hopefully for the Olympics and hanging out. I love the Summer Olympics. No one\u2019s expecting me to do anything.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Feels like this accident might put a major cramp in that plan!
