Real fear was instilled in my client\u2019s mind and she had to put security measures in place for herself, her partner Tom Holland, and those close to her.\u201d<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;  Zendaya hired a risk management firm to investigate the man. <\/p>\n<p><b><i>In his own defense, the man claimed that drugs led him to harass the actress. \u201cI got into meth for a year and it&#8217;s a crazy drug,\u201d he told the court, \u201cI got it into my head that Zendaya needed me and that I could be her friend.\u201d He reportedly added that he didn\u2019t expect for her to ever see the messages, as \u201cshe has millions of people following her.\u201d <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><i>The man was found guilty, but also \u201cirresponsible due to a mental disorder,\u201d as he was placed into immediate high-security hospitalization. Along with his sentence, he is banned from contacting Zendaya for 10 years, and from owning a weapon.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Scary stuff.
