Taylor Swift<\/b><\/a> has filed a trademark for the term \u201cFemale Rage: The Musical\u201d less than one month after she released her latest album, <\/span>The Tortured Poets Department<\/span><\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n The \u201cCruel Summer\u201d singer\u2019s TAS Rights Management company filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark \u201cFemale Rage: The Musical\u201d on May 11. The office accepted the application for meeting requirements, though an examining attorney hasn\u2019t been assigned to the filing as of publication.<\/p>\n The application for the \u201cFemale Rage: The Musical\u201d term<\/a> seeks the right to use the phrase in relation to musical sound recordings, jewelry, clothing, live performances and additional merchandise, according to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.<\/p>\n It\u2019s not currently clear what Taylor, 34, plans to do with the trademark. However, she previously used the term while describing the newly added Eras tour set<\/a> featuring songs from TTPD when she kicked off the European leg of her tour in Paris on May 9.<\/p>\n After she performed four shows in Paris, Taylor took to Instagram<\/span><\/a> to reflect on the new set added to <\/span>the concert following the album\u2019s release<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThis post is dedicated to the new Tortured Poets<\/em> section of the Eras Tour (aka Female Rage The Musical!) and everyone who made these memories so magical,\u201d she wrote alongside several photos from the Paris shows. \u201cTo my crew, fellow performers, and band who worked tirelessly in their break to concoct this surprise for you \u2014 but mostly for the fans in Paris. I\u2019m so thankful that it was you we got to show this to for the first time<\/a> because you gave us so much excitement, passion, and love. See you very soon, Stockholm!\u201d<\/p>\n Not only did Taylor add new songs from TTPD<\/em> onto the setlist, but she also made other changes to the concert including new costumes<\/a> and combining the Folklore<\/em> and Evermore<\/em> sets.<\/p>\n Her boyfriend, Travis Kelce<\/strong>, recently gushed about the show<\/a> after attending the May 12 performance.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was fun. It was a blast,\u201d Travis, 34, said during the Wednesday, May 15, episode of his \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast. \u201cI had a blast at Tay\u2019s show. Her new rendition of the Eras tour, I suggest everybody go see it. It has her new Tortured Poets Department<\/em> [set]. A handful of those songs [are] in the new show, which means there\u2019s a new segment and new lights and new dancing, new everything to the f\u2013king show.
