The actress and children\u2019s book writer, 48, revealed in April she and \u2018Borat\u2019 creator Sacha, 52, had quietly filed for a split in 2023 after 14 years of marriage \u2013 amid accusations from Rebel Wilson<\/a> that he had asked her to perform a lewd act for his 2016 film \u2018The Brothers Grimsby\u2019.<\/p>\n

She has now posted a picture of herself on Instagram holding a glass of wine, alongside the caption: \u201cThank you for all the kindness and support.\u201d<\/p>\n

Isla also announced her divorce from Sacha on the platform, saying alongside an image of them wearing tennis outfits: \u201cAfter a long tennis match lasting over twenty years, we are finally putting our racquets down.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn 2023 we jointly filed to end our marriage. We have always prioritized our privacy, and have been quietly working through this change.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nIsla, whose films include \u2018The Wedding Crashers\u2019, said she and Sacha will always share their \u201cdevotion and love\u201d for their two daughters and one son \u2013 adding: \u201cWe sincerely appreciate your respecting our family\u2019s wish for privacy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nShe revealed her marriage was over after it was reported Isla and Sacha had been living separate lives for some time. <\/p>\n

\nThe former couple met at a party in Sydney in 2001 where they bonded over making fun of other attendees. <\/p>\n

\nThree years later, they got engaged and got hitched in an intimate 2010 wedding in Paris.<\/p>\n

\nThey have kept their daughters \u2013 aged 15 and 13, and their eight-year-old son \u2013 largely out of the spotlight for privacy reasons. <\/p>\n

\nSacha has denied the accusation from actress Rebel Wilson, 44, he acted inappropriately with her on the set of \u2018The Brothers Grimsby\u2019.<\/p>\n

\nHis representatives said: \u201cWhile we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during and after the production of \u2018Grimsby.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
