While addressing his issues with the crew, Captain Kerry Titheradge<\/strong> accomplished a Below Deck<\/em><\/a> first by doing cabin inspections on screen.<\/p>\n

In the trailer for next week\u2019s episode, which airs on Monday, May 20, Kerry is seen getting frustrated when he notices both the interior and exterior<\/a> not giving it their all. \u201cThis is the last charter so let\u2019s make this the best one ever,\u201d he reminds everyone in a sneak peek clip.<\/p>\n

Another scene shows Kerry frustrated with a messy part of the boat, saying, \u201cWe don\u2019t eat when the guest area is [not sorted out]. \u201cSchoolboy errors are unacceptable.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kerry chooses to discipline the crew despite it being the final<\/a> charter. \u201cAt six o\u2019clock tonight, cabin inspections,\u201d he notes before more footage captures his disappointment. \u201cWhat the hell is going on in here?\u201d<\/p>\n

The captain hasn\u2019t been afraid to lay down the law after taking over for Captain Lee Rosbach<\/strong><\/a>. Kerry, who was previously introduced to viewers on Below Deck Adventure<\/em>, made headlines when he replaced Lee immediately<\/a> after his 10-year anniversary on the show.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know I have big shoes to fill \u2014 but I like it that way,\u201d Kerry said during an episode earlier this season. \u201cWe all have good days full of rainbows and unicorns and then we have some bad days. I expect perfection. You work hard, you will be rewarded. You f\u2014k around, and I will f\u2014king turn in a heartbeat.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bravo viewers have since seen Kerry weather many storms such as having to fire Jared Woodin<\/strong> and Anthony Iracane<\/strong><\/a>. Kerry also had to deal with a shakeup when Cat Baugh exited St. David in the middle of charter season.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tBelow Deck and its spinoff series have never failed to bring the drama to Bravo fans everywhere since the franchise launched. The original series premiered in 2013, documenting the daily lives of crew members on luxurious yachts during charter season. With each season, the crew members\u2019 personal lives have begun to cross over into their [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Before season 11 premiered on Bravo, Kerry teased several cast exits<\/a>, telling Us Weekly<\/em> in February, \u201cI think we may have reached the record of firings this season.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kerry said he made it a priority not to \u201cmake judgments\u201d about the cast before getting to know everyone.<\/p>\n

\u201cI try not to make judgments when they turn up. It\u2019s important to look at their CVs,\u201d he told Us<\/em>. \u201cThis year I made a decision that I wasn\u2019t going to give stripes out. I wasn\u2019t going to allocate anyone full-time on something before knowing how they work, who they are and what attitude they bring to the team. That was great. That really enabled me to make a decision that I\u2019m proud of and that worked for the season. So that was cool.\u201d<\/p>\n
