\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Brittney Griner<\/strong><\/a> opened up about the thought of traveling internationally again after being detained in Russia for 10 months. <\/p>\n The 33-year-old WNBA was held in Russia after police found vape canisters with cannabis oil in her luggage at Moscow\u2019s Sheremetyevo Airport in February 2022. She was released after President Joe Biden<\/strong><\/a> struck a deal<\/a> with Russia. <\/p>\n In February 2023, Brittney<\/strong> signed a deal to return to the WNBA<\/a>. However, she recently opened up about the challenge that comes with traveling now. <\/p>\n She revealed that there is only one thing that would convince her to leave the country again anytime soon. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Brittney<\/strong> told People<\/a> that the only thing to get her out of the United States would be an opportunity to represent the country at the 2024 Summer Olympics, which are hosted in Paris, France. <\/p>\n She said that she\u2019d be \u201chonored\u201d to join the team if she was invited. <\/p>\n Otherwise, \u201cI have no plans on going out of the country right now,\u201d she said, adding that even traveling to New York was hard because it was the last city she stopped in before leaving for Russia last time. <\/p>\n \u201cMy wife and I [used to enjoy going] down to Mexico for a bit,\u201d she explained. \u201cBut now I\u2019m just like, \u2018Nah, I can\u2019t do it.\u2019 We can go to a beach in America. There\u2019s plenty of beaches here.
