She and husband Matthew Koma named their  baby girl Townes Meadow Bair.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing a first photo of the newborn on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C6rZGXRPRM3\/?img_index=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram<\/a>, Hilary admitted that her new gorgeous girl came a little later than expected, as her fans kept reminder her of in the weeks leading up to her birth. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow we know why she made us wait so long\u2026She was perfecting those Cheeks!\u201d Hilary gushed. <\/p>\n<p>The Disney darling shared four adorable black and white photos holding her baby shortly after her water birth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI Have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic.
