The Real Housewives of New Jersey <\/i>star <\/span>Dolores Catania<\/strong><\/a> has never felt better since kickstarting her weight loss journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cActually, this is high school weight for me,\u201d Catania, 53, exclusively told Us Weekly <\/i>on Thursday, May 2, while discussing RHONJ <\/i>season 14. \u201cIt\u2019s not the same, of course.\u201d<\/p>\n

Catania noted that she currently weighs 130 pounds, calling it her \u201cheavy high school weight.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut, I\u2019ll take it,\u201d she exclaimed to Us<\/i>, noting she is \u201cstill\u201d using semaglutide Mounjaro<\/a>. \u201cBut, I [also] <\/i>work out a lot [and] I stopped going to McDonald\u2019s three times a week.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAchieving her goals. Dolores Catania hasn\u2019t been ashamed to admit the steps she has taken to be happy with her body. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star officially joined the series as a cast member in 2016 after having several guest appearances in previous seasons. Throughout her time on the Bravo franchise, her look [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Catania also stopped indulging in sweets and her \u201cthing\u201d of Doritos chips.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat [snacking] stopped because [the medication] makes you sick when you\u2019re on it,\u201d she explained. \u201cYou have to, actually, take Zofran, which is a little nausea pill.\u201d<\/p>\n

Catania\u2019s boyfriend, Paulie Connell<\/strong>, has joined her in getting healthy.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think, [he\u2019s lost] 40 pounds,\u201d she revealed. \u201cI started first and I made him do it [because of] his levels. He was on blood pressure medication. He doesn\u2019t have to take that anymore. All his blood work is so much better than it used to be.\u201d<\/p>\n

Catania is thrilled with the couple\u2019s progress and doesn\u2019t want to go back to their unhealthy habits.<\/p>\n

Dolores, who was previously married to Frank Catania<\/strong>, started dating Connell in 2021 and told Us <\/i>on Thursday that \u201cthings are going great.\u201d But as their relationship continues to heat up, she\u2019s not in a rush to walk down the aisle<\/a> again.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your next plan?\u2019 Does it have to be marriage? Does it have to be engagement? Happiness is the goal. Peace in our lives is the goal. We\u2019ve had that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Amid their blossoming relationship, Dolores started using weight loss medication<\/a> Mounjaro in April 2023. (The controversial drug is primarily prescribed to diabetic patients.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI wasn\u2019t going to come to the [season 13] reunion looking any bigger than anyone else, so I got on the bandwagon,\u201d the Bravo star previously said during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/i> before revealing her side effects. \u201c[I\u2019m] just not hungry.\u201d<\/p>\n
