Adam Busby<\/strong><\/a> and Danielle Busby<\/strong><\/a> have faced several \u201cgrowing pains\u201d throughout their marriage<\/a> \u2014 and season 10 of OutDaughtered<\/em> will pull back the curtain even more.<\/p>\n

Adam, 41, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> how expanding his job to work outside of the home has affected his and Danielle\u2019s dynamic. The shift has also impacted how the couple handles their six children<\/a>: daughter Blayke, 13, and quintuplet girls Ava, Olivia, Hazel, Riley and Parker, 9.<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of the stuff I do, primarily I\u2019m at home and then every now and then I would have to fly out for a project or whatnot,\u201d he said of his photography work. \u201cThis season I\u2019m working out of the house and doing a lot of shoots and brand work. So it\u2019s caused tension as far as trying to make sure everything\u2019s scheduled and stuff like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adam recalled that when he worked at the house he didn\u2019t have to \u201cworry\u201d<\/a> about the family\u2019s shared calendar.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow it\u2019s like, any given day I could be off on a shoot or off at some promotional event. It\u2019s a lot different,\u201d he told Us<\/em> while promoting the all-new season of the TLC series.<\/p>\n

The reality star confessed that his role change \u201cdid create some growing pains,\u201d but he feels like the pair are \u201cin a much better place as far as having things figured out.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adam and Danielle, 40, have not only had to balance new work problems, but as their girls grow, they\u2019ve had to deal with everyone being pulled in different directions.<\/p>\n

The OutDaughtered stars welcomed Olivia, Ava, Riley, Parker and Hazel in 2015. The multiples joined older sister Blayke, who was born in 2011. When it comes to expanding their family further, Adam exclusively [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThis season it was like, \u2018Man, OK, how are we going to do this?\u2019 We need to be in three and four places at the same time,\u201d Adam explained. \u201cWe definitely need to find some help that can help manage the house and also help a little bit with the kids or get kids to certain places because one of us is out or whatnot.\u201d<\/p>\n

Danielle told Us<\/em> that it\u2019s been a \u201chuge season\u201d for the family, with Adam adding that the \u201cadjustments\u201d took time.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a partner in the company and so things look a lot different now<\/a>, but it\u2019s fun,\u201d Adam continued.<\/p>\n

Adam confirmed that they\u2019ve pushed through the growing pains but noted that he and Danielle still have \u201ca lot to manage\u201d with their big brood. \u201cWe still have six kids and so there\u2019s always something for sure,\u201d he teased.<\/p>\n

Danielle joked that with all the activities she \u201cdefinitely love[s] me a schedule.\u201d<\/p>\n

As the Busbys prepare to welcome viewers back for season 10, they reflected on their wild TV ride, which began in 2016. (OutDaughtered<\/em> follows Adam and Danielle as they navigate raising their quintuplets and eldest child Blayke.)<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s always been crazy,\u201d Adam told Us<\/em>. \u201cJust for the ride that we\u2019ve been on and stuff and just the awesome fans that we have. The warm reception that we get every season, it\u2019s humbling. It\u2019s blown us away.\u201d<\/p>\n

Danielle revealed that she\u2019s grateful the cameras were rolling from the start of their experience as parts of quintuplets. \u201cI just don\u2019t remember a lot of it, so I\u2019m very glad that we get to capture it,\u201d she said. \u201cI just feel like I was sleep-deprived and mentally deprived. I literally just don\u2019t remember a lot<\/a> of the beginning.\u201d<\/p>\n
