ABC News meteorologist Rob Marciano<\/strong><\/a> has reportedly been fired after nearly a decade with the network.<\/p>\n

According to a Tuesday, April 30, report by Puck News<\/i><\/a>, the Good Morning America<\/i><\/a> weatherman was axed after \u201cmultiple staffers had made complaints about Marciano\u2019s behavior over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n

The report further indicated that Marciano had been \u201cat least temporarily barred from main GMA<\/i> set in NYC.\u201d<\/p>\n

When reached by Us Weekly<\/i>, ABC News had no comment. News of Marciano\u2019s firing was confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter<\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAfter nearly 11 years of marriage, Eryn Marciano filed for divorce from Good Morning America personality Rob Marciano. Us Weekly confirmed in July 2022 that the Compass real estate agent initially submitted her petition one year earlier with the Westchester, New York, Supreme Court, with a trial requested in May 2022. \u201cThe last couple of [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Rumblings about Marciano\u2019s misconduct began to surface after an insider claimed to Page Six<\/i><\/a> in March that Marciano had done something \u201cimproper\u201d with a colleague and was being kept away from the studio.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe made people feel uncomfortable,\u201d another source told the outlet. \u201cThere was a period where there were some issues, a number of alarming events.\u201d<\/p>\n

The second source alleged it was Good Morning America <\/i>executive producer Simone Swink<\/strong> who made the decision to bar Marciano from the premises.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s no-nonsense and is very serious,\u201d the source said. \u201cShe\u2019s focused on the work and wants to keep [her staff] focused and happy. She\u2019s very protective of her team.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Marciano had been kept off the Good Morning America<\/i> airwaves<\/a>, he was still contributing to other ABC News programs, including World News Tonight<\/i>.<\/p>\n

In September 2023, Marciano celebrated the start of his 10th year with the network, writing via Instagram<\/a>, \u201cI couldn\u2019t be more pumped to continue this journey with all of you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Marciano joined ABC News as the network\u2019s senior meteorologist in September 2014. Prior to that, he served as co-anchor on Entertainment Tonight<\/i> from January 2013 to August 2014 and was a meteorologist and anchor for CNN.<\/p>\n

Before going national, Marciano worked at local TV and radio stations including KATU in Portland, Oregon, KPLC in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and WVIT in West Hartford, Connecticut.<\/p>\n
