I know who he is,\u201d the reality personality, 43, said in a video posted to <\/span>People<\/span><\/i>\u2019s TikTok<\/span><\/a> on Tuesday, March 21. \u201cThere\u2019s a reason why it\u2019s Raquel \u2013 because she can be controlled. <\/span>Ariana [Madix]<\/b><\/a> is a very strong, independent woman \u2026 you can\u2019t control her. And I think he likes to control. He likes to be able to tell her what to do, and I think Raquel is very easily influenced, she\u2019s very codependent and I think he kind of preys on that. That\u2019s why I think it\u2019s her. She\u2019s kind of like a fan girl.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n For her part, Brittany, 34, added, \u201cI always thought she was super nice so I just did not see her doing that to Ariana.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Jax went on to say that although he doesn\u2019t \u201creally have a leg to stand on\u201d when it comes to infidelity \u2013 <\/span>his cheating scandal<\/span><\/a> with former <\/span>VPR<\/span><\/i> cast member <\/span>Faith Stowers<\/b><\/a> was a main storyline during season 6 \u2013 another problem he has with the situation is the \u201clack of empathy, the not apologizing [and] having your crisis PR team write you a message,\u201d referring to Sandoval\u2019s two statements issued on Instagram earlier this month.<\/span><\/p>\n Life & Style<\/span><\/i> confirmed<\/span><\/a> on March 3 that Sandoval and Ariana, 37, split after nine years of dating. \u201cThe rumor is true \u2014 they, in fact, broke up due to Tom cheating on her with Raquel,\u201d a source close to Ariana told <\/span>Life & Style <\/span><\/i>at the time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Sandoval broke his silence on the matter just one day after news of the affair; however, he failed to apologize \u2013 or even mention \u2013 Ariana <\/span>in his first statement<\/span><\/a>, instead asking followers to leave \u201c<\/span>[Tom] Schwartz<\/b><\/a>, my friends and family out of this situation.\u201d He also asked people to \u201cdirect your anger\u201d towards him and not his business partners or staff at TomTom and Schwartz & Sandy\u2019s, the two bars in which he serves as part-owner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Tom later issued a statement in which he publicly apologized to Ariana on March 8. That same night, <\/span>Raquel also broke her silence<\/span><\/a> in a public apology posted to Instagram, in which she wrote in part, \u201cI want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
