\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Lily Gladstone<\/strong><\/a> still gets nervous!<\/p>\n The Killers of the Flower Moon<\/em> actress revealed that she was \u201cterrified\u201d of working with a few surprising actors while on the set of her Hulu<\/strong><\/a> limited series Under the Bridge<\/em>.<\/p>\n The show is based on the true story of the 1997 murder of teen Reena Virk by her classmates, and Lily<\/strong> plays cop Cam Bentland, a composite character representing the local police working on the case. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Many of her scenes are with the young actors playing the teens in Reena\u2019s circle: Chloe Guidry<\/strong><\/a>, Izzy G.<\/strong><\/a>, Aiyana Goodfellow<\/strong><\/a> and Javon \u201cWanna\u201d Walton<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cEach one of those kids, when I was blessed enough to be in the scenes with them, they upped my performance,\u201d she explained to People<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cWalking out of working with Leonardo DiCaprio<\/strong><\/a> and Robert De Niro<\/strong><\/a>, the scene partners that have terrified me the most in the last couple of years have been these kids because they\u2019re so good. They don\u2019t lie.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAnd you can tell these kids \u2014 who are all actors and want to be actors and have been studying it \u2014 they\u2019ve grown up watching some really incredible performances,\u201d she continued to explain.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s way more complex characters for their age group, and they handle it so beautifully. The strength of all of their performances and what they brought to their roles is just so indicative of how much kids are capable of. They live and breathe what they do.\u201d<\/p>\n She adds: \u201cThe whole story revolves around the power of the teenage girl.\u201d<\/p>\n Lily<\/strong> also recalled the chemistry off-camera.<\/p>\n \u201cThat was an interesting balance, to see these beautiful kids who are so supportive of each other, who are just such good friends with each other, who miss each other when one is has a day and the other one\u2019s gone home for the weekend. Chloe <\/strong>and Vritika [Gupta<\/strong><\/a>, who played Reena] are very close. Chloe <\/strong>was always sending little videos to her when she wasn\u2019t there and felt almost protective of her, I think, because Vritika<\/strong> was the youngest out of all of the kids.\u201d<\/p>\n New episodes of Under the Bridge<\/em> premiere Wednesdays on Hulu.
