Life (and fashion) comes full circle! <\/span>Nicole Ari Parker<\/a> sat down with ET to share how <\/span>Sex and the City<\/em><\/a> and its revival series <\/span>And Just Like That\u2026<\/a> <\/span><\/em>have inspired her style choices while celebrating her collaboration with Karen Millen for their <\/span>THE ICONS VOL. VI collection<\/a> as part of the brand\u2019s ongoing ICON series.<\/span><\/p>\n The actress, who plays Lisa Todd Wexley on the Max dramedy and is known for her stylish outfits on and off screen, said, “My style is private school pulled together chic with a bit of danger.”<\/span><\/p>\n This means Parker’s wardrobe is filled with staple pieces that feature an edgy twist \u2014 including must-haves from Karen Millen.<\/span><\/p>\n “I love the timeless styles and excellent fit. Some of my favorites include <\/span>the black leather trench dress<\/a>, <\/span>the classic trench coat<\/a>, and <\/span>the white evening gown<\/a>,” she spilled.<\/span><\/p>\n And if these choices sound familiar, it\u2019s because <\/span>Sarah Jessica Parker\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>Sex and the City<\/span><\/em> character, Carrie Bradshaw, and Parker’s own role on the sequel show influenced her picks.<\/span><\/p>\n “Carrie really inspired woman to find their own whimsy mixed with couture. \u2026 Lisa Todd Wexley reminds me not to save it for later. I’m starting to wear my fun clothes every day. \u2026 I dress up way more often, even when running errands,” the Maryland native explained.<\/span><\/p>\n
