Selling the OC<\/em><\/a>\u2018s Alexandra Jarvis<\/strong> has officially parted ways with the Oppenheim Group.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t want to speak for Jarvis, but \u2026 she decided to do what\u2019s best for her, and I have a lot of respect for that,\u201d Oppenheim Group cofounder Jason Oppenheim<\/strong> told People<\/em><\/a> on Wednesday, April 24. \u201cWe\u2019re still on good terms.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Daily Mail<\/em> <\/a>reported earlier this month that Jarvis, 33, had departed from the real estate firm.<\/p>\n

Selling the OC<\/em>, which is a spinoff of the Netflix reality series Selling Sunset<\/em>, has had multiple cast shakeups in recent months.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe cast of Selling the OC turned heads for their complicated \u2014 and very flirty \u2014 office relationships during season 1, and the drama is still going strong. Tyler Stanaland\u2019s intimate friendships with Alexandra \u201cAlex\u201d Hall and Polly Brindle, for example, raised some eyebrows\u00a0when the show premiered in August 2022, as Tyler was married to [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In November 2023, cast member Sean Palmieri<\/strong> announced his decision to move on<\/a> from the Oppenheim Group. \u201cUnfortunately, the Oppenheim Group was not a culture fit for me, and I\u2019m really excited for the future,\u201d he told Entertainment Tonight<\/em>, adding that he \u201cjust signed as a partner with an amazing, top-producing team and mentor\u201d named Steve Games<\/strong>. \u201cOur team recently just launched with Coldwell Banker West.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cast member Tyler Stanaland<\/strong> also previously shared with Us Weekly<\/em> that he was leaving the firm<\/a>. \u201cI will be joining my dad and brother at Douglas Elliman and I look forward to aligning with a brand that has unparalleled reach and presence in the market with a renowned network of agents and industry leaders,\u201d Stanaland told Us<\/em> in a statement in September 2023. \u201cI\u2019m excited about this new chapter and to be working alongside family again.\u201d<\/p>\n

After Stanaland was cast on Selling the OC<\/em> season 1, fans quickly speculated that he and costar Alex Hall<\/strong> were more than friends. At the time, Stanaland was married to Brittany Snow<\/strong>, but the twosome announced their separation<\/a> in September 2022.<\/p>\n

Months later, Snow, 38, filed for divorce<\/a> in January 2023 and they reached a settlement<\/a> in July of that year. Since then, Selling the OC<\/em> fans have been watching the dynamics between Hall and Stanaland, with season 2 of the series ending with the twosome sharing a kiss.<\/p>\n
