The 29-year-old \u2018Savage\u2019 rapper faces the salacious claims from her ex-employee Emilio Garcia, who says in a claim filed in Los Angeles that emerged on Tuesday (23.04.24) he was made to witness her have sexual relations with a female lover as they rode in a SUV during a stop-off on her tour in Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022.<\/p>\n
Videographer Emilio, who started working with Megan in 2018, alleged in his claim, seen by Page Six, Megan warned him at the time: \u201cDon\u2019t ever discuss what you saw.\u201d<\/p>\n
He also told NBC News about the apparent incident: \u201cI felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked.<\/p>\n
\u201cAt kind of just the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nEmilio also said Megan \u2013 real name Megan Pete \u2013 used to hurl abuse at him including calling him fat and barked orders at him such as: \u201cSpit your food out\u201d and \u201cYou don\u2019t need to be eating.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nHe added to NBC: \u201cTo hear someone who advocates about loving your body tell me these things, I felt degraded.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nEmilio is also accusing Megan of changing his pay from $4,000 a month to a \u201cpay-per-task\u201d arrangement that resulted in his take-home wage being \u201csignificantly less\u201d than they first agreed.<\/p>\n
\nHe says he suffered earnings losses running into six figures in back pay, as well as a loss in employment benefits.<\/p>\n
\nThe cameraman also stated he suffered injuries, sickness and emotional distress \u2013 leading to him tackling up medical bills.<\/p>\n
\nHis complaint says: \u201c(Emilio) endured a barrage of relentless sexual and fat-shaming comments plunging him into profound emotional distress.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe personal videographer is now said to be fighting \u201cmounting anxiety, depression and physical distress\u201d stemming from the \u201ctoxic work environment\u201d with Megan.<\/p>\n
\nEmilio was let go by record label Roc Nation in June 2023, which his attorneys says was in \u201cdirect retaliation for his complaints about the ongoing illegal illegal behaviour and failure to pay him properly\u201d from Megan.<\/p>\n
\nLawyer Ron Zambrano \u2013 who is also recreating the harassment accusers who have levelled claims against 35-year-old singer Lizzo \u2013 said about the case: \u201cMegan just needs to pay our client what he\u2019s due, own up to her behaviour and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat shaming conduct.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cEmilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\u201c\u2018Inappropriate\u2019 is putting it lightly. Exposing this behaviour to employees is definitely illegal.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nEmilio is also suing Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Inc., Hot Girl Touring, LLC and Roc Nation for harassment and other alleged labour violations.<\/p>\n
\nMegan has not publicly responded to the suit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
