I\u2019ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief\u2019s. I’m not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility.”<\/p>\n\nChannel 5 previously reported the arrest report stated cops were able to view video which showed Morgan “lunging and throwing an object over the roof”.<\/p>\n\nMorgan was arrested for three counts of reckless endangerment by the two police officers who were outside, and for the danger to the public, as well as disorderly conduct.<\/p>\n\nAn attorney for the ‘Wasted on You’ hitmaker said the star was “co-operating fully” with police.<\/p>\n\nHis lawyer said in a statement: \u201cAt 10:53pm Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.<\/p>\n\n\u201cHe is co-operating fully with authorities.\u201d<\/p>\n\nThis isn’t the first time Morgan has found himself in legal trouble.<\/p>\n\nIn May 2020, he issued an apology after he was arrested in Nashville on disorderly conduct and public intoxication charges.<\/p>\n\nThe following year, the ‘One Thing at a Time’ singer said sorry again after leaked footage showed him using the N-word.<\/p>\n\nHe said at the time: \u201cI\u2019m embarrassed and sorry. I want to sincerely apologise for using the word.
