Just a week after the show first premiered<\/a>, Amazon has confirmed that there\u2019s more of its live-action Fallout<\/em> series on the way. As of now there are no details available other than the fact that the show has been renewed for season 2.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n While there are no specific numbers about how well the show has done on Prime Video, Amazon says that \u201cin its first four days,\u00a0the high-octane fueled series\u00a0has\u00a0become a hit with its\u00a0global audience, ranking among the service\u2019s top three most-watched titles ever and the most-watched\u00a0season\u00a0globally since\u00a0Rings of Power<\/em>.\u201d The aforementioned Lord of the Rings<\/em> show premiered back in 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Set in LA, Amazon\u2019s take on Fallout<\/em> is told through three different perspectives: vault dweller Lucy (Ella Purnell), Brotherhood of Steel member Maximus (Aaron Moten), and The Ghoul (Walton Goggins). Instead of a direct adaptation of Bethesda\u2019s post-apocalyptic RPG, it\u2019s a new story set in the same universe. \u201cJust like a player of the video game, we go down paths that interest us,\u201d executive producer Graham Wagner told The Verge<\/em><\/a>. \u201cAnd we hope that those are shared interests.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
