The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, who has been dating the \u2018Bad Blood\u2019 singer, also 34 since last year, reportedly isn\u2019t worried about her continuing her habit of using past romances as influences for her hits.<\/p>\n
A source told the Daily Mail ahead of the release of Taylor\u2019s 11th studio record, \u2018The Tortured Poets Department\u2019, which is due out Friday (19.04.24): \u201cIf it is about (her ex) Joe (Alwyn), or anyone \u2013 even if it is about him in the future \u2013 this is the artist she is and he is in love with her and doesn\u2019t pay any attention to be jealous.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe understands this is a major part of what makes her the person and artist she is and he is no way looking to thwart the direction she takes.\u201d<\/p>\n
The insider also insisted Travis is \u201c100 per cent\u201d supportive of Taylor\u2019s creative choices.<\/p>\n
\nThey added she has apparently explained them all to him and he \u201cloves everything she is doing\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nThe source went on: \u201cThey have talked about the album and what the songs are all about.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cJoe or any of her exes is not of concern to him whatsoever.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nTaylor dated English actor Joe, 33, for six years before they split in early 2023, with the couple rumoured to have been engaged.<\/p>\n
\nFans are convinced Taylor\u2019s new record will be filled with references to the relationship, with one pointing out the title may have been inspired by Joe telling GQ he used to have a group text chat with his actor friends Paul Mescal, 28, and Andrew Scott, 47, called \u2018The Tortured Man Club\u2019.<\/p>\n
\nTaylor is renowned for using her failed romances as inspiration for her material, with her hit \u2018Style\u2019 said to be about her 30-year-old former boyfriend Harry Styles, 30.<\/p>\n
\nIt\u2019s also thought her songs \u2018All Too Well\u2019 is about \u2018Road House\u2019 actor Jake Gyllenhaal, 43, while \u2018Dear John\u2019 is said to be about guitarist John Mayer, 46, and \u2018Back to December\u2019 about 32-year-old \u2018Twilight\u2019 star Taylor Lautner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
