In a video clip on her stories, Christine shared they the\u2019d planted a lovely Sedona Midnight tree in the yard. The tree was to honor Garrison, a former serviceman and her surrogate son.<\/p>\n<p>Though not related by blood, Christine played a major role in Garrison\u2019s life. Fans who have watched the early seasons <em>Sister Wives<\/em> remember that while Meri and Janelle went to work to support the family financially, Christine handled a lot of the childcare. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s blooming quite nicely,\u201d the\u00a0<em>Sister Wives<\/em>\u00a0star shared of the tree she planted for Garrison. Though still small, the tree already showed off beautiful pink blooms. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s called the Louisa Crabapple,\u201d Christine explained.  \u201cit\u2019s absolutely beautiful. In the end, it\u2019s gonna drape over.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But that\u2019s not all!
