During the episode, Applegate dished about being approached a decade ago to join the glitzy cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/strong><\/a><\/em>. Still, fans of Married\u2026 With Children<\/em> and Dead to Me<\/em>, she declined the offer and won’t see Applegate among the reality TV ranks.<\/p>\n Applegate turned it down, and later, \u201cI ended up becoming really good friends with the executive producer of [RHOBH<\/em>] because our kids went to school together.\u201d She asked the producer, \u201c\u2018Now that you know me, would I have been a fun Housewife?\u2019 He\u2019s like, \u2018No, it would\u2019ve been the most boring s\u2013t I\u2019ve ever seen in my life.’\u201d<\/p>\n Applegate’s self-reflection on the possibility of joining the show was as down-to-earth as her beloved TV characters. She admitted that the drama-packed dinners and glammed evenings synonymous with RHOBH<\/em> weren’t her cup of tea. She joked, \u201cI wouldn\u2019t have shown up for any dinners. I would\u2019ve been in my sweatpants, and I would be laying in bed. What fun is that? None. I would be the worst Housewife anyway.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite turning down the dash of reality stardom, Christina Applegate remains a passionate Real Housewives franchise viewer. She recently expressed her dismay over Robyn Dixon<\/strong>\u2018s exit from Real Housewives of Potomac<\/em> on social media, \u201cWhat in the actual f\u2013k?\u2026 [Andy Cohen<\/a><\/strong>], you need to explain this to me.
