While All American<\/em> fans are guaranteed to be shocked by Asher recruiting Wade to Coastal California \u2014 also the on-field rival team of GAU \u2014 Christian told Us<\/em> that the decision was not made in haste and only highlights Asher\u2019s growth over the past few seasons.<\/p>\n\u201cI think this is a crossroads [for Asher] because old Asher moved very selfishly and in a way that if it benefited him, no matter who was in the crossfire, he kind of pulled the trigger and did it,\u201d he explained. \u201cNow, [in season 6], Asher, is this more developed, more mature [person who] is more aware of the crossroads and is more aware of those that\u2019ll be impacted.\u201d<\/p>\n\n![\"All](\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/All-American-s-Cody-Christian-Says-Friendships-Will-Be-Tested-Over-Asher-Recruiting-Spoiler-751-1.jpg?w=1000&quality=86&strip=all\")
