With summer right around the corner, Megan Fox<\/strong><\/a> wants single girls to remember that boys are not a hobby.<\/p>\n

\u201cJust learn a skill or develop a hobby, and do not waste your energy on boys,\u201d the Jennifer\u2019s Body<\/em> actress, 37, told E! News<\/em><\/a> at the 2024 Revolve Festival on Saturday, April 13. \u201cAll they\u2019re going to do is drain you. Just move on. Invest in yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fox\u2019s comments come almost a month after reports of relationship problems between her and fiance Machine Gun Kelly<\/strong> (real name Colson Baker). A source exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> in March that Fox and Kelly were living separately<\/a>. While the source noted that the couple had always been \u201cup and down,\u201d they were currently working through a \u201crocky\u201d patch in their relationship.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey did this arrangement to give each other some space while still being together,\u201d the insider explained. (Fox is living in Malibu while Kelly is residing at their shared home in Encino, California.)<\/p>\n

\u201c[They] are at a low moment right now. It changes every day,\u201d the source claimed, adding that Fox has asked friends \u201cto set her up\u201d with other people.<\/p>\n

The couple got engaged in January 2022. However, the source told Us<\/em> that the couple has \u201cno plans\u201d for a wedding \u201cany time soon.\u201d The insider added, \u201cFriends around them don\u2019t see them completely ending the relationship as they truly change their minds every day.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fox offered her own update on the status of her relationship<\/a> in March as a guest on the \u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d podcast. \u201cWhat I\u2019ve learned about being in this relationship is that it\u2019s not for public consumption,\u201d she explained. \u201cSo I think as of now, I don\u2019t have a comment on the status of the relationship per se.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cWhat I can say is that [he] is what I refer to as being my twin soul, and there will always be a tether to him no matter what. I cannot say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I\u2019m not willing to explain.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Transformers<\/em> actress acknowledged that she understands her and MGK\u2019s relationship is both \u201cconfusing\u201d and \u201cinteresting\u201d to the general public.<\/p>\n
