Jelly Roll<\/strong><\/a> is known for his incredible voice, but right now, it\u2019s his weight loss progress that he\u2019s singing praises about.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m probably down 70-something pounds,\u201d Jelly, 39, revealed in an interview with People<\/em><\/a> published on Saturday, April 13. \u201cI\u2019ve been really kicking [but], man.\u201d<\/p>\n

The country star then went on to share the workout routine that he\u2019s been following in order to slim down.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m doing two to three miles a day, four to six days a week. I\u2019m doing 20 to 30 minutes in the sauna, six minutes in a cold plunge every day,\u201d he disclosed, adding that he\u2019s also changed up his diet and is \u201ceating healthy right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Jelly Roll is happy with the results he\u2019s been seeing on the scale, he confessed his health journey is nowhere near done and he plans to keep up with his new lifestyle.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel really good,\u201d he opened up. \u201cI was thinking, I plan on losing another 100, 100-and-something [pounds]. If I feel this good down this weight, man, I can only imagine what I\u2019m going to feel like by the time I go on tour.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jelly Roll\u2019s weight loss follows his previous January announcement that he was going to participate in the 2 Bears 5K on May 7. However, the Grammy nominee<\/a> made it clear that he wasn\u2019t going to be trying to outrun anyone during it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know if \u2018running\u2019 is going to be the word, but I\u2019m definitely going to get the 3.1 miles done \u2014 probably a brisk power walk,\u201d he previously told the publication during an interview<\/a> in February. \u201cMy goal is to be able to do a 15-minute mile.\u201d<\/p>\n
