Jesse Palmer<\/strong><\/a> is weighing on Gerry Turner<\/strong><\/a> and Theresa Nist<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s decision to divorce after three months of marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy heart is forever with these two beautiful souls \u2764\ufe0f,\u201d Palmer, 45, wrote via Instagram<\/a> on Friday, April 12. \u201cI am eternally grateful to have gotten to know Gerry and Theresa and to have been a small part of their journey.\u201d<\/p>\n

Palmer, who is the host of the Bachelor<\/em> franchise, was by Turner\u2019s side during his journey to love in the inaugural season of The Golden Bachelor<\/em>. He also attended the duo\u2019s wedding, which was televised in January.<\/p>\n

\u201cI learned a lot about life, love and family watching and talking with them,\u201d Palmer continued. \u201cWishing them and their families both nothing but happiness \ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffc.\u201d<\/p>\n

Turner, 72, and Nist, 70, announced their breakup<\/a> during a Friday appearance on Good Morning America<\/em>. The pair, who live in different states, explained that they ultimately split because they couldn\u2019t agree on where to put down roots<\/a> but still have love for one another.<\/p>\n

\u201cTheresa and I have had a number of heart-to-heart conversations,\u201d Turner said during the broadcast. \u201cWe\u2019ve looked closely at our living situations and we\u2019ve kind of come to the conclusion mutually that it\u2019s time for us to dissolve our marriage. \u201cThe things that strike me the most in our conversations it\u2019s been how dedicated both of us are to our families. So, we look at these situations and I think we just feel like it\u2019s best for the happiness of each of us to live apart.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the sit-down, Nist and Turner confirmed they had a prenuptial agreement<\/a> in case they did break up. Nist also revealed that they had to return their wedding rings.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that\u2019s the rule, I think I have to give this ring back. Sad to say,\u201d Nist said while Turner chimed in, \u201cBut, you know what, we don\u2019t have to give back the memories.\u201d<\/p>\n
