Vick Hope gets her “fix” of Taylor Swift when husband Calvin Harris<\/a> goes away.<\/p>\n

Vick Hope is a secret Taylor Swift fan<\/p>\n

The 34-year-old presenter is a fan of the ‘Karma’ singer but is sensitive to the fact her spouse dated the pop superstar for 15 months between 2015 and 2016, so saves listening to her favourite tracks for when the ‘Feel So Close’ hitmaker isn’t around.<\/p>\n

On her BBC Radio 1 show ‘Going Home with Vick, Katie and Jamie’ on Monday (08.04.24), Vick and her co-hosts were reading messages from fans about what they like to do when their partners are away, with one declaring they listen to “all the tunes he hates while I dance”.<\/p>\n

Presenter Katie Thisleton said: “That’s good. You can listen to all of the music he hates while he’s out of the house.”<\/p>\n

And Vick admitted: “As soon as my husband goes away, I listen to Taylor Swift<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n“That’s just when I get my little fill \u2014 just a little fill. <\/p>\n

\n“Just a couple of songs, get it out of my system and then it’s done.”<\/p>\n

\nCalvin and Vick got married in an outdoor ceremony at Hulne Priory in Alnwick, Northumberland, in September.<\/p>\n

\nAfter their vows, guests including ‘Big Brother’s AJ Odudu and DJs Vernon Kay, Scott Mills and Jordan Northwere treated to a Glastonbury-style reception that included a live performance from Nile Rodgers and Chic, who flew in from the US especially for the celebrations.<\/p>\n

\nAccording to The Sun newspaper, Calvin told Vick during their vows: \u201cI promise to be your teammate, best friend and companion for life\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nIn return, his bride said: \u201cThe pure, unadulterated euphoria I was seeking when we met? I found it instantly in you.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cI promise to keep us laughing together and to keep us meditating on and glowing in it every day for the rest of our lives\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nDuring the reception, teepees were set up for guests to relax, and a variety of food trucks offered burgers, pizzas, and Nigerian dishes.<\/p>\n

\nNile kicked off his set with Luther Vandross’ ‘Never Too Much’ before playing hits by Madonna, David Bowie, Beyonce and Pharrell Williams and ending on his own song, ‘Good Times’. Revellers then enjoyed a 10-minute firework display and there were 80 tents set up for them to camp on site overnight.<\/p>\n
