\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Lauren Graham<\/strong><\/a> spoke about her late friend Matthew Perry<\/strong><\/a> at a recent stop on her book tour.<\/p>\n The 57-year-old actress talked about the late actor on Friday (April 5) in Washington, D.C., noting that it\u2019s \u201cstill really hard to believe\u201d that he passed away.<\/p>\n While speaking to the crowd, Lauren<\/strong> shared how proud he was of how his own memoir was received, and she also shared the last birthday gift he gave her.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWhile he was not technically ever a boyfriend, he was an almost in my life,\u201d she said, via Deadline<\/a><\/em>, adding that he was \u201ca friend and a constant.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe would stretch for a year, then he would come back in my life, and he had just come back in my life last year,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Lauren<\/strong> revealed that in March 2023, for her birthday, he gifted her a pickleball set. <\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s like really into tennis and pickleball, with a card that said, \u2018Be older,\u2019\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n The actress shared that he was proud of how well his book, \u201cFriends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing\u201d was received.<\/p>\n \u201cThe solace I take from having seen him at the time I saw him was he was so thrilled with how his book was received \u2014 and not just because it was a huge success, but because his life\u2019s work kind of became, \u2018How can I give back?
