Summer House <\/i>stars Amanda Batula<\/strong><\/a> and Kyle Cooke<\/strong><\/a> have stirred up curiosity about their potential plans to relocate to New Jersey.<\/p>\n

During the Thursday, April 4, episode of Summer House<\/i><\/a>, Amanda, 32, and Kyle, 41, revealed that they were contemplating a move to the Garden State. They even toured a local property. However, eagle-eyed fans have since discovered that the $1.4 million residence is actually in Southampton, New York instead of across the Hudson River.<\/p>\n

Social media sleuths found a Zillow listing for the three-bedroom rental house, which is located in the Hamptons instead of New Jersey. Amanda has since clarified that a New Jersey home is not in their immediate plans.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe weren\u2019t trying to pretend it was NJ. We were very vocal about looking at houses in the Hamptons as an escape from the city and something we could rent out during the summer,\u201d Amanda wrote via Instagram<\/a> comment on Friday, April 5. \u201cBut the price tag quickly crushed all my hopes and dreams. Sorry to anyone who felt tricked.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKyle Cooke and Amanda Batula have weathered reality TV drama, cheating scandals and wedding delays throughout their relationship \u2014 and they\u2019re still going strong. The Summer House stars\u2019 romance has played out on the Bravo series since season 1, which premiered in January 2017. Cooke, who met Batula during the summer of 2015, signed on [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Amanda and Kyle, who wed in 2021, are based in Manhattan. During the summers, they stay at a vacation home with several of their friends, which is the basis of Bravo\u2019s Summer House.<\/i><\/p>\n

During Thursday\u2019s episode, Amanda explained that their new place would primarily be \u201can investment property.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ll still keep the apartment. But this would be somewhere I can get out of the city,\u201d she said, noting Kyle isn\u2019t \u201cready to leave the city yet.\u201d<\/p>\n

Amanda, who hails from Jersey, added, \u201cSometimes I just need to remove myself from New York. So having somewhere I could go for a week or two or a month at a time and it not be at my parents\u2019 [house]. \u2026 I need a change of scenery. [I\u2019m] even over the apartment. We have no outdoor space. I need something else.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tWhat happens in the Hamptons rarely stays there \u2014 at least when it comes to the cast of Summer House and their romances. In fact, some of the show\u2019s biggest stars, including Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke\u00a0have a history of dating their costars. Lindsay began her time on Bravo during season 1 with then-boyfriend Everett [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kyle, meanwhile, loves their city loft despite Amanda\u2019s objections that NYC is not where she wants to raise their future children.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we\u2019re thinking about a family \u2026 I don\u2019t want to get pregnant with all that riff raff. I think I\u2019d be too stressed out,\u201d Amanda added.<\/p>\n

Amanda and Kyle\u2019s family planning has recently taken a backseat as she dealt with fertility and hormonal issues.<\/p>\n
