Love Is Blind <\/i>season 6 star Chelsea Blackwell<\/strong><\/a> is proud of her weight loss journey.<\/p>\n

\u201cBefore [and] after, absolutely insane the difference in how I look and feel,\u201d Chelsea, 31, wrote via Instagram Story on Thursday, April 4, sharing side-by-side pics.<\/p>\n

In the two photos, Chelsea posed in front of her mirror while wearing a sports bra and a pair of leggings to reveal how she\u2019s slimmed down in her midsection. In the \u201cafter\u201d slide, she also flexed her bicep.<\/p>\n

Chelsea has been candid about her \u201camazing progress\u201d in several recent social media uploads.<\/p>\n

Jimmy and Chelsea got engaged sight unseen inside the Love Is Blind pods after they both pursued strong connections with several people.\u00a0 However, days before their wedding day, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not a nutritionist by any means [and] I also stand by I love my body,\u201d she said in a Tuesday, April 2, TikTok<\/a> video. \u201cI\u2019ve never been a small girl my entire life and I\u2019m OK with that. I love her and she\u2019s healthy and she\u2019s strong.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chelsea further explained that she \u201cdecided to change\u201d after not \u201cfeeling healthy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI wasn\u2019t feeling strong. It was affecting my mental health and it was affecting my energy level, so I just decided to change things,\u201d the Netflix personality added. \u201cIt\u2019s been amazing \u2026 [and] I think my morning and night routines have been a huge result in my weight loss journey.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chelsea credited her progress to intermittent fasting, a high-protein diet consisting of \u201cas many fruits and vegetables as possible,\u201d juicing and drinking 90 ounces of water.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know this is not a secret [but] when I eat better, I feel better,\u201d she added. \u201cI feel more focused. I feel clearer. I can think better.\u201d<\/p>\n
