Camila Mendes<\/strong><\/a> and Rudy Mancuso<\/strong><\/a> found love while filming their new movie M\u00fasica<\/em><\/strong> together!<\/p>\n The 29-year-old actress and the 32-year-old entertainer met while playing love interests in the film, which Rudy<\/strong> also co-wrote and directed, inspired by his own life.<\/p>\n In a new interview while promoting the movie, the couple shared how their chemistry blended from on-screen to off-screen. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Their chemistry really sparked when they first met at the screen test.<\/p>\n \u201cWe have this two-minute silent footage, because there was no audio on the day, this silent footage of us talking and interacting, and we have it all recorded so you can see that there\u2019s this exciting energy and this giddiness,\u201d Camila<\/strong> tells People<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s safe to say there was chemistry from the moment we met and it certainly was visible onscreen,\u201d Rudy<\/strong> added.<\/p>\n \u201cLines began to blur between Rudy and Isabella and Rudy<\/strong> and Cami<\/strong>,\u201d Rudy <\/strong>continued. \u201cI don\u2019t think either of us expected it to be as intense and move as quickly as it did.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cIt felt like I\u2019d known him for so much longer than I had because we just understood things about each other that I think it\u2019s hard for other people to understand,\u201d Camila<\/strong> said.<\/p>\n In addition to starring in the movie, Camila<\/strong> also signed on as an executive producer, and the two shared that they would spend more time together off set, getting to know each other and using work as an excuse to spend more time together.<\/p>\n \u201cThe excuse was always, \u2018Let\u2019s talk about the day,\u2019\u201d she recalled<\/p>\n \u201c\u2018Let\u2019s prep for tomorrow.
