Hmmm. I\u2019ve seen some other fake ones where the shipping address goes to someone in another state with a non Duggar name,\u201d one observer wrote on Reddit.<\/p>\n<p>Others pointed out that it would be illogical for Josiah and Lauren to go to all that trouble to keep their family situation a secret, only to create a registry on Amazon where anyone could see it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople used to make fake registries for the Duggars all the time. Would they even have a registry for a third baby?\u201d one theorist asked.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-video-of-lauren-looking-pregnant-with-josiah-duggar-s-3rd-baby\">Video Of Lauren Looking Pregnant With Josiah Duggar\u2019s 3rd Baby<\/h2>\n<p>But the biggest clue that Lauren welcomed another little one into the Duggar fold came from her sister-in-law, albeit inadvertently.<\/p>\n<p>Lauren was spotted in a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DfijBhG0Zr0&amp;t=1248s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YouTube vlog<\/a>\u00a0shared by sister-in-law\u00a0Jinger Vuolo\u00a0in the summer of 2023. While posted on July 4,  the video footage was captured during Jinger and husband\u00a0Jeremy Vuolo\u2018s visit to Arkansas in March.<\/p>\n<p>In the clip, a very pregnant looking Lauren joins the Duggar ladies for a girls\u2019 day, shopping at the family\u2019s favorite jewelry store.
