Jerrod Carmichael<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about revealing his feelings to best friend Tyler, The Creator<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n The 36-year-old comedian and actor dished on developing a crush on the 33-year-old rapper in the premiere episode of his new series The Jerrod Carmichael Reality Show<\/em>.<\/p>\n Jerrod<\/strong> revealed how he told Tyler<\/strong> he had a crush on him and he revealed how his friend reacted.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI fell in love with my best friend. 1 out of 10, don\u2019t recommend,\u201d Jerrod<\/strong> said. \u201cI knew I had to tell him. Things started getting kind of weird between us. I had these feelings\u2026 So I texted him. I remember saying, \u2018I know you didn\u2019t ask for this, but somewhere down the line I developed feelings for you and I don\u2019t know what to do with that.\u2019 Then I immediately turned my phone off and went into therapy.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cMy therapist was thrilled. He was so excited! He was like, \u2018Man, this s\u2014 never happens in real time,\u2019\u201d he jokingly added.<\/p>\n He then shared how Tyler<\/strong> responded to his text. <\/p>\n \u201cHe sent me a voice note. I was so nervous. It was like six seconds\u2026\u201d Jerrod<\/strong> recalled. \u201cHe said, \u2018Hahahaha, you stupid b-tch.\u2019 And I don\u2019t really know what that means.\u201d<\/p>\n Later in the episode, the guys talked about the shift in their relationship after the confession.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s because I told you I had feelings for you, and we didn\u2019t talk about it, ever,\u201d Jerrod<\/strong> said about the awkwardness. \u201cThat was like, weird. I don\u2019t know if it was just too awkward to talk about or just too\u2026 I don\u2019t know. I feel like you left me hanging out there a little bit.\u201d<\/p>\n Tyler <\/strong>noted that he just \u201cbrushed it off.
