Actor Chance Perdomo has died aged 27<\/p>\n
\nThe \u2018Chilling Adventures of Sabrina\u2019 and \u2018Gen V\u2019 star was killed in a motorcycle accident, his representatives said on Saturday (30.03.24) \u2013 with no one else involved in the tragedy.<\/p>\n
\nThey told The Hollywood Reporter: \u201cHis passion for the arts and insatiable appetite for life was felt by all who knew him, and his warmth will carry on in those who he loved dearest.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWe ask to please respect the family\u2019s wish for privacy as they mourn the loss of their beloved son and brother.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nChance most recently featured in Amazon Prime Video\u2019s \u2018The Boys\u2019 prequel \u2018Gen V\u2019, in which he played student Andre Anderson, whose superpower was magnetic manipulation.<\/p>\n
\nThe producers of the series said in a statement: \u201cWe can\u2019t quite wrap our heads around this.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cFor those of us who knew him and worked with him, Chance was always charming and smiling, an enthusiastic force of nature, an incredibly talented performer, and more than anything else, just a very kind, lovely person.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cEven writing about him in the past tense doesn\u2019t make sense. We are so sorry for Chance\u2019s family, and we are grieving the loss of our friend and colleague. Hug your loved ones tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAmazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television, which produces \u2018Gen V\u2019, said: \u201cThe entire Gen V family is devastated by the sudden passing of Chance Perdomo.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAmazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television extend our heartfelt thoughts and support to Chance\u2019s family and all who loved him at this difficult time.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nChance has also played Ambrose Spellman, the cousin of half-witch, half-mortal Sabrina in Netflix\u2019s \u2018Chilling Adventures of Sabrina\u2019.<\/p>\n
\nBorn in Los Angeles, Chance moved to Southampton, England, with his mum as a child and held British and American citizenship.<\/p>\n
\nHe intended to study law but decided to pursue acting \u2013 and moved to London with money he made working in a shoe shop and at a cinema where he joined the National Youth Theatre and trained at Identity School of Acting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
