Giddy up, Beyhive!\u00a0<\/span>Beyonc\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0just revealed the track list for her upcoming <\/span>Act II <\/span><\/em>album, <\/span>Cowboy Carter.\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Queen Bey dropped the song list on Wednesday, two days before the album drops.<\/span><\/p>\n The highly-anticipated record is the\u00a0follow-up to the GRAMMY-winning album\u00a0<\/span>Renaissance,\u00a0<\/span><\/em>which marks Beyonc\u00e9 foray into country music after her 2016 track, “Daddy Lessons,” off her\u00a0<\/span>Lemonade<\/span><\/em>\u00a0album. She has already released the songs “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages” off <\/span>Cowboy Carter<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n On Wednesday, Bey posted a poster-style list of the songs, which includes a cover of <\/span>Dolly Parton<\/a>‘s 1973 hit, “Jolene.” Titling the poster “Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin’ Circuit,” Beyonc\u00e9 then listed the upcoming tracks.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The official list includes:\u00a0“American Requiem,” “Blackbird,” “16 Carriages,” Protector,” “My Rose,” “Smoke Hour,” “Texas Hold ‘Em,” “Bodyguard,” “Jolene,” “Daughter,” “Spaghetti,” “Alligator Tears,” “Smoke Hour II,” “Just for Fun,” “II Most Wanted,” “Levii’s Jeans,” “Flamenco,” “The Linda Martell Show,” “YaYa,” “Oh Louisiana,” “Desert Eagle,” “Riverdance,” “II Hands II Heaven,” “Tyrant,” “Sweet Honey Buckin’,” and “Amen.”\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Both <\/span>Willie Nelson<\/a> and Dolly Parton are named on the track list announcement, but it is unclear if they will be featured on the songs alongside Beyonc\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Parton <\/span>previously teased Beyonc\u00e9’s “Jolene” cover<\/a>, telling <\/span>Knox News<\/span><\/em> earlier this month,\u00a0“Well, I think she has! I think she’s recorded ‘Jolene’ and I think it’s probably gonna be on her country album, which I’m very excited about that.”<\/span><\/p>\n “I love her!” the country music icon added of Beyonce\u0301. “She’s a beautiful girl and a great singer. We’ve kind of sent messages back and forth through the years. And she and her mother were like fans, and I was always touched that they were fans, and I always thought she was great.”<\/span><\/p>\n Notably, Linda Martell is a successful Black country artist, who was the first to receive commercial success in the genre and the first to perform at the Opry.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Keeping in line with her Act II theme, several of the songs feature II’s in their titles. The jeans brand Levi’s had fun with the tweak, commenting on the Instagram post, “The queen has spoken \ud83d\udc1d\ud83d\udc51 *changes our name to leviis*.”<\/span><\/p>\n Cowboy Carter<\/span><\/em>\u00a0has already made history thanks to <\/span>the release of its first two singles<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Last\u00a0month,\u00a0<\/span>Billboard<\/span><\/em>\u00a0announced that the\u00a0<\/span>Renaissance\u00a0<\/span><\/i>singer became\u00a0<\/span>the first Black female artist to top the Hot Country Songs chart<\/a>\u00a0with\u00a0<\/span>her single<\/a>, “Texas Hold ‘Em,” The singer’s other new offering, “16 Carriages,” also cracked the Top 10 at No. 9.<\/span><\/p>\n The No. 1 also gave Beyonc\u00e9\u00a0her seventh unique top spot on one of Billboard’s multimetric song charts as a solo artist: the Hot 100, Hot Country Songs, Hot Dance\/Electronic Songs, Hot Gospel Songs, Hot Latin Songs, Hot R&B Songs and Hot R&B\/Hip-Hop Songs.
