Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a> surprised Tom Schwartz<\/strong> <\/a>\u2014 and Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> viewers \u2014 when she admitted she recently hooked up with Max Boyens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During the Tuesday, March 26, episode of the Bravo series, Schwartz, 41, and Scheana Shay<\/strong> were grilled by Katie, 37, about their secret kiss, which happened more than a decade ago. Schwartz ended up ranting to Scheana\u2019s husband, Brock Davies<\/strong>, about Katie\u2019s reaction.<\/p>\n

\u201cKatie is overreacting from a kiss that happened 10 years ago,\u201d Brock told the cameras. \u201cKatie needs to get off her high horse. I know for a fact there are some real double standards happening.\u201d<\/p>\n

As a way to get Schwartz to stop feeling bad, Brock revealed that Katie hooked up with someone in her ex-husband\u2019s inner circle<\/a>. (Katie and Schwartz called it quits in March 2022 after six years of marriage and their divorce was finalized later that year.)<\/p>\n

While season 1 included multiple shockers, one of the biggest bombshells was dropped during season 2 when Katie Maloney drunkenly revealed that Kristen Doute and Jax [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWe were partying the other night and Katie left with somebody in your friend group,\u201d Brock said. \u201cIt\u2019s your boy, bro. She f\u2014ked your best friend.\u201d<\/p>\n

Schwartz quickly figured out that Brock was referring to Max, who appeared on season 9 of Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> before getting fired.<\/p>\n

\u201cMax is the former manager at TomTom and he is also a really good buddy of mine,\u201d Schwartz said in a confessional. \u201cThis has all the tell-all signs of a revenge bang.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Brock, Scheana, 38, connected the dots after a group outing. She tried to check in with Max at the end of the night but noticed that his location showed he was actually at Katie\u2019s house.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe sent a message, \u2018Where are you at?\u2019 His location was her house. Then he sent an emoji of a face, eyes and a straight line. Then he wrote, \u2018It was bound to happen,\u2019 Brock detailed before Scheana shared her perspective, adding, \u201cLater that night, I checked his location. But then the next morning, I checked it again and he was still there.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tWhen viewers were introduced to staff at Lisa Vanderpump\u2018s restaurant during Vanderpump Rules\u2018 2013 premiere, it was clear everyone was intertwined in one another\u2019s love lives. From Stassi Schroeder\u2018s rocky relationship with Jax Taylor, which took a turn when he hooked up with her best friend Kristen Doute, to Peter Madrigal\u2019s casual connections to several [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Schwartz brought the topic up to Tom Sandoval<\/strong>, who immediately passed judgment. \u201cThere is a total double standard when it comes to Katie. There always has been. It is so f\u2014king obvious how ridiculous it is,\u201d Sandoval, 41, who made headlines in March 2023 for cheating on Ariana Madix<\/strong> with Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss<\/strong><\/a>, pointed out.<\/p>\n

After Scheana realized that Schwartz found out from Brock, she argued with her husband, claiming she didn\u2019t plan to tell Schwartz anything because she was rebuilding a friendship with Katie. Brock, however, found Scheana\u2019s response annoying since he disagreed with the situation.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Schwartz] got his ass ran for keeping it in the friend group and you went to his best friend,\u201d Brock told Katie in front of their costars. In response, Katie said she didn\u2019t feel bad about choosing to hook up with Schwartz\u2019s pal, saying, \u201cWhen I asked him three months into our separation not to f\u2014k around in this group [with Rachel], he did not give a single f\u2014k about what I thought.\u201d<\/p>\n

The episode ended on a tense note when Lala Kent<\/strong> accused her costars of not being honest<\/a>.<\/p>\n
