Peter Phillips<\/strong><\/a>, nephew of King Charles III<\/strong><\/a>, said his uncle has been \u201cfrustrated\u201d with his ongoing cancer battle.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s in good spirits,\u201d Phillips, 46, said of the Monarch, 75, in an interview with Sky News Australia<\/a> on Sunday, March 24. \u201cI think, ultimately, he\u2019s hugely frustrated. He\u2019s frustrated that he can\u2019t get on and do everything that he wants to be able to do. But he is very pragmatic, [and] he understands that there\u2019s a period of time that he really needs to focus on himself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Phillips is the only son of Princess Anne<\/strong> and her first husband, Captain Mark Phillips, and he is the first grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II<\/strong> and Prince Phillip<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe is always pushing, his staff and everybody and his doctors and nurses, to be able to say, \u2018Actually come on, you know, can I do this? Can I do that?\u2019\u201d Phillips said of his uncle. \u201cSo the overriding message would be that he\u2019s obviously very keen to get back to a form of normality. And he\u2019s probably frustrated that recovery is taking a little longer than probably he would want it to.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPrincess Kate Middleton joined the royal family in April 2011 after her wedding to King Charles III\u2019s eldest son, Prince William. William and Kate first met as undergraduate students at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. After becoming close friends, the pair eventually started dating. Amid their courtship, William brought Kate home to meet [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Buckingham Palace confirmed in February that Charles had been diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer. Specific details on the type of cancer have not yet been disclosed, though Royal expert Omid Scobie<\/strong> reported Charles\u2019 diagnosis is not prostate cancer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The king stepped back from the full scope of his duties at the time, with Queen Camilla<\/strong> stepping in<\/a> for his recent public appearances.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey would obviously love to see as many people as possible,\u201d Phillips continued. \u201cThey are very keen and very active to be able to, you know, be seen and meet as many people as possible from all walks of life.\u201d<\/p>\n
