Angelina Pivarnick<\/strong><\/a> is addressing her controversial DM to married New York Jets football player Nick Bawden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the Jets game, I decided to just DM some of the Jets players,\u201d Pivarnick, 37, said on the Thursday, March 21, episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation<\/i><\/a>. \u201cI DMed every one of those f\u2014king guys and they were awesome, but I didn\u2019t know one of them was married.\u201d<\/p>\n

After Pivarnick initially messaged Bawden, 27, with the words \u201csee u soon,\u201d his wife, Alexis Bawden<\/strong>, called the reality star out on social media.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just want to say if you\u2019re a fan of her, she\u2019s weird,\u201d Alexis, 27, said via TikTok<\/a> in September 2023. \u201cThat\u2019s weird. You don\u2019t message a married woman\u2019s man you\u2019re going to see him soon after you see his wife go by on the field. Weirdo.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following Alexis\u2019 TikTok, Pivarnick accused Nick\u2019s wife of being \u201cso insecure.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe girl\u2019s a clown,\u201d she added in her latest Jersey Shore<\/i> confessional interview. \u201cWhatever the f\u2014k her name is. Her shower curtain means more to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Alexis has not publicly commented on Pivarnick\u2019s latest remarks, she appeared to acknowledge the ongoing controversy via TikTok<\/a> on March 21 when she filmed herself preparing to watch the latest Jersey Shore<\/i> episode with wine and popcorn.<\/p>\n

Nick and Alexis, who share a 3-year-old daughter named Skylar, originally met through mutual friends at the WM Phoenix Golf open in Scottsdale, Arizona, before getting married in July 2023.<\/p>\n

On game days, Alexis can often be found at NFL stadiums cheering on her husband and the New York Jets.<\/p>\n

The drama surrounding Pivarnick\u2019s DM, however, may just be beginning. In a midseason trailer<\/a> for Jersey Shore <\/i>released this week, MTV cameras rolled after costar Sammi \u201cSweetheart\u201d Giancola<\/strong> teamed up with Alexis and filmed a playful TikTok<\/a> together.<\/p>\n

In the clip, the pair confirmed they are on friendly terms when quoting a familiar line from the series.<\/p>\n
