During an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show<\/em><\/a> on March 22, 2024, host Jennifer Hudson<\/strong> asked Lisa if she would \u201cever do Housewives<\/em> again.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cNo. Never,\u201d Lisa replied immediately. \u201cI wouldn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n That doesn\u2019t mean the former Days of Our Lives<\/em> star regrets her time on the reality series, though.<\/p>\n \u201cListen, I\u2019m grateful for the experience,\u201d Lisa continued. \u201cI think it has made me a better actor because I\u2019m acting again and, I\u2019m not kidding. Working with those women, going through that experience \u2026 I just did a movie called Mommy Meanest<\/em>, which I trained for for eight years on [Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em>,] I definitely did, and I had a lot to pull from. I had a lot to pull from after working eight years on that show. You know, different psychologies of different women, I never would have come across that if I hadn\u2019t done that show. I\u2019m grateful for that show, and I\u2019m the person I am today because of it, but I\u2019ll never go back.\u201d<\/p>\n Lisa\u2019s contract with Bravo expired at the end of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> season 12, but she didn\u2019t reveal her decision not to return until three months after the season 12 reunion was filmed. A trailer for season 13 shared a screenshot of the Melrose Place<\/em> alum\u2019s resignation letter<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI will not be renewing my contract, and I will not be coming back to RHOBH<\/em>,\u201d the letter addressed to an NBCUniversal email on September 10, 2022, read. \u201cThank you so much for 8 years!!!!
