Shanna Moakler<\/b><\/a> reveals that daughter <\/span>Alabama Barker<\/b><\/a> doesn\u2019t have any plans to have <\/span>plastic surgery<\/span><\/a> in the near future in an exclusive interview with Life & Style<\/em>.<\/p>\n One month after Alabama, 18, shut down rumors she had gone under the knife, Shanna, 48, tells Life & Style<\/em> that everyone \u201cloves to think\u201d her youngest daughter has altered her appearance with surgery.<\/p>\n \u201cI always tell her that we want to be age appropriate,\u201d Shanna continues about Alabama, whom she shares with ex-husband Travis Barker<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n The Meet the Barkers<\/em> alum also opens up about the lessons she\u2019s taught Alabama regarding cosmetic procedures. \u201cThere\u2019s nothing wrong with maintaining, but we don\u2019t go and do ridiculous procedures for no reason to follow trends like BBLs<\/a> and things like that,\u201d Shanna says. \u201cThat\u2019s one thing I do share with her and we talk about a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n While Shanna says she will be open to Alabama having some work done \u201cwhen she is old enough,\u201d she notes that her daughter is only 18. \u201cShe\u2019s not having any plastic surgery anytime soon,\u201d she insists.<\/p>\n The speculation began in February when Alabama shared several now-deleted photos of herself in swimsuits on Instagram. While many people pointed out how great she looked, others claimed she appeared different and wondered if she had work done.<\/p>\n After one fan commented that Alabama looks great but hopes she doesn\u2019t \u201coverdo\u201d it with plastic surgery, the California native replied, \u201cI really appreciate the love! I\u2019m natural, besides my lips, accept the fact I\u2019m naturally beautiful.\u201d<\/p>\n Not only is Shanna the proud mother of Alabama, but she also shares son Landon Barker<\/strong> with Travis, 48. Meanwhile, the model is the mother of Atiana De La Hoya<\/strong> with ex Oscar De La Hoya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The Rhode Island native \u2013 who is preparing to celebrate her upcoming 49th birthday at Crazy Horse 3<\/a> in Las Vegas on Friday, March 22 \u2013 continues to gush about Alabama, sharing that she\u2019s \u201cvery inspired by [her] youngest daughter.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cShe\u2019s always been very, very true to herself<\/a> and she\u2019s really been bullied and people have come at her since she was really young,\u201d Shanna recalls, noting that she was born into the spotlight. \u201cAnd she\u2019s always handled it, I think, way better than I ever could at that age.\u201d<\/p>\n Shanna says that Alabama has \u201calways stayed true to herself\u201d and states that her \u201cconfidence is mind blowing.\u201d<\/p>\n Not only does Shanna believe that Alabama has embraced being in the public eye<\/span><\/a>, but she also praises her daughter for <\/span>the way she deals with trolls on social media<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t think a lot of people could handle it the way that she does,\u201d the Celebrity Big Brother<\/em><\/a> alum says. \u201cI\u2019m very proud of who she is as a young woman, and I can\u2019t imagine a lot of people being in the position that she\u2019s in and handling it as well as she does.\u201d<\/p>\n In addition to gushing about Alabama, Shanna also teases her upcoming birthday party at Crazy Horse 3. \u201cI absolutely love my Crazy Horse family over there. They\u2019re always so good to me,\u201d Shanna shares. \u201cI love celebrating my birthday there. They take such great care of me \u2026 I think it\u2019s going to be a lot of fun and I\u2019m going to see a lot of great people that I don\u2019t get to normally celebrate with in Las Vegas.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
