Holly Madison<\/strong><\/a> has been candid about how body dysmorphia has affected her in the past, but the former Playboy<\/em> model tries to stay away from \u201cdiet talk and body talk\u201d with her kids.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re really focused on healthy eating. I\u2019m really careful not to say anything about dieting or weight or anything in front of my kids,\u201d Madison, 44, told Us Weekly<\/em> exclusively while promoting her new true crime series, Lethally Blonde<\/em>. \u201cIf they\u2019re trying to shove something unhealthy in front of me, I just say, \u2018Oh, I\u2019m doing a health thing.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Madison shares two kids, daughter Rainbow, 11, and Forest, 8, with ex-husband Pasquale Rotella<\/strong>. When it comes to their daughter, Madison is \u201creally focused\u201d on making sure that Rainbow \u201cvalues the things she enjoys and that she\u2019s passionate about.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t want her to get into the mode where she\u2019s really focused on the way she looks, or trying to get attention for the way she looks or validation through that,\u201d Madison continued. \u201cI think we\u2019ve been really successful so far. She\u2019s on a better track than I was at that age for sure. I was already trying to look some sort of way when I was 11.\u201d<\/p>\n

Madison was a Playboy<\/em> Bunny for seven years, gaining notoriety on the reality show The Girls Next Door<\/em><\/a>, which aired from 2005 to 2010. The Down the Rabbit Hole<\/em> author admitted to suffering from body dysmorphia<\/a> during her years at the Playboy<\/em> Mansion in a 2021 TikTok video. Years later, Madison appeared on the \u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d podcast and claimed that eating disorders ran \u201crampant\u201d<\/a> in the mansion.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere was a lot of bulimia at the mansion, to the point where people would end up in the hospital sometimes,\u201d she said during the November 2023 episode. \u201cBathroom pipes had to be replaced.\u201d<\/p>\n

Madison reflected on that \u201ccrazy\u201d story with Us<\/em>, admitting her initial thought was \u201cpeople are exaggerating,\u201d before it was confirmed. \u201cThere were a lot of people struggling with eating disorders and it was hard,\u201d Madison added.<\/p>\n

Now that her time as a Playboy<\/em> Bunny has come to an end, Madison is gearing up to launch her Lethally Blonde<\/em> docuseries which \u201cinvolves a woman who was an OnlyFans model,\u201d she told Us<\/em>, among other true crime cases.<\/p>\n
