\u201cMental health is so important and I don\u2019t think we talk about it enough and I don\u2019t think we do enough to bring awareness. <\/p>\n
\u201cIt wasn\u2019t bullying, it wasn\u2019t a lack of love that Garrison had, it was mental health, and I am going to continue talking about mental health and self care until I am blue in the face.\u201d<\/p>\n
As she absolutely should.<\/p>\n
We applaud Madison for focusing on this urgent issue, which touches on so, so<\/em> many individuals.<\/p>\n\nThe 28-year-old \u2014 who shares kids Axel, Evangalynn and Josephine with husband Caleb Brush \u2014 then reflected on conversations she and Garrison had about his challenging relationship with social media.<\/p>\n
\u201cSocial media is not real \u2014 it\u2019s a highlight reel and that was something that Garrison and I talked a lot about,\u201d she went on. <\/p>\n
\u201cI know my other siblings and my mom have expressed this: that Garrison used to feel like he wasn\u2019t doing enough because he was comparing himself to things on social media and I don\u2019t think that it\u2019s real and we need to remember that.\u201d<\/p>\n
