Her two guys! Kelly Ripa<\/strong><\/a> and Mark Consuelos<\/strong><\/a> attended the 2023 Oscars<\/a> alongside Ryan Seacrest<\/strong><\/a> ahead of his upcoming Live<\/em><\/a> exit.<\/p>\n The trio walked the red carpet at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 12, and stopped to catch up with Vanessa Hudgens<\/strong><\/a> about Seacrest, 48, leaving the ABC morning show.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s bittersweet. We have such a great relationship and friendship and working relationship,\u201d the American Idol host confessed during the ABC Countdown to the Oscars preshow. \u201cAnd Mark is gonna take over and he and I have the same kind of relationship, so it\u2019s gonna be an exciting last few weeks. A lot to come.\u201d<\/p>\n Ripa, 52, noted that \u201cnothing will really change\u201d for the trio but she joked that Seacrest would now be able to \u201chave his coffee later.\u201d The Riverdale<\/em><\/a> alum, for his part, could not contain his enthusiasm to join the morning show<\/a> alongside his wife.<\/p>\n \u201cI am so excited. I start the show on April 17, which is a Monday,\u201d Consuelos, 51, gushed. \u201cI couldn\u2019t be more honored and excited.\u201d<\/p>\n Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed in February that Seacrest was officially departing Live<\/em><\/a> after hosting alongside the Hope & Faith<\/em> star for six years. He also announced that Ripa\u2019s husband would be taking over for him<\/a>. Ripa, for her part, has been a staple on the talk show since 2001 and has hosted alongside several cohosts<\/a>, including the late Regis Philbin<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cWorking alongside Kelly over the past six years has been a dream job and one of the highlights of my career. She has been an amazing partner, friend, and confidant, and although we will always be a part of each other\u2019s lives, I will miss our mornings together,\u201d Seacrest said in a statement at the time. \u201cI also want to thank Michael Gelman<\/strong> and the entire staff and crew \u2013 we\u2019ve made memories to last a lifetime, met some of the most incredible people and had the warmest welcome into the homes of so many viewers across America. The soap stars tied the knot<\/a> in 1996 and share three children: Michael, 25, Lola, 21, and Joaquin, 20<\/a>. In February, Ripa exclusively told Us<\/em> that she was thrilled to have her husband permanently join her on Live<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cMark and I owe everything we have in our professional lives to ABC. We met there at the beginning of our careers and got married and had our kids while there,\u201d she said to Us<\/em>. \u201cSo many wonderful moments have happened while with ABC, so it only makes sense for us to come full circle and work together once again for the show that has given us so much joy and so many years of memories.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
